Rick Seeberger Rick Seeberger is the Executive Director of The 20-20 Leadership Foundation. As a member of the Cambridge and Manchester Who’s Who in America his career has spanned more than (not that) thirty years and 3,000,000 miles. Rick’s core proficiencies are in business development, sales, marketing, leadership initiatives, writing and training. He is a highly experienced facilitator and has conducted training and strategic planning sessions in North America, Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean. Rick has authored the Lead by Design Course Curriculums, the Agents of Change Leadership Course and Organizational Leadership for the 21st Century. He has also written course curriculums emphasizing sales, service quality, organizational excellence, strategic planning, and business development. Rick has seen numerous articles published. In 1997 Rick was invited to lead a 30-month Strategic Planning Initiative in the nation of Paraguay. This initiative began with a small team of private-sector leaders and has become a national team of instructors and leaders who are working with Champions of Change in the nation to transform the culture. |
Ronald Woods Ronald Woods is a director of The 20-20 Leadership Foundation, which specializes in Personal and Professional development, Leadership, Team Building and Motivational teaching. As a former Navy A-6 attack pilot aboard U.S.S. Nimitz, he authored and presented the Personal Excellence Seminar and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy. Additionally, Captain Woods received the Navy Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his 16 years of speaking to students in the public schools encouraging them to "Soar with the Eagles" and reach for their dreams. Captain Woods served the nation in the Navy Reserves as Commanding Officer of the Center for Naval Leadership NRS. Ronald holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Speech and Communication. He is an accomplished professional speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association. |
