Using his friendship with national and international leaders, Tim is able to make a significant impact upon various cultures. Tim is investing his life and energies toward promoting spiritual revolution. One of his passions is to empower the youth of the world through establishing mentoring houses in the 7 primary cultures of the world—Buddhist, Hindu, Moslem, Jewish, Christian, Non-religious and the Animists. Tim continues to speak on a variety of platforms within the corporate, religious and political communities. Rick Seeberger

Rick Seeberger is the Executive Director of The 20-20 Leadership Foundation. As a member of the Cambridge and Manchester Who’s Who in America his career has spanned more than (not that) thirty years and 3,000,000 miles. Rick’s core proficiencies are in business development, sales, marketing, leadership initiatives, writing and training. He is a highly experienced facilitator and has conducted training and strategic planning sessions in North America, Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean. Rick has authored the Lead by Design Course Curriculums, the Agents of Change Leadership Course and Organizational Leadership for the 21st Century. He has also written course curriculums emphasizing sales, service quality, organizational excellence, strategic planning, and business development. Rick has seen numerous articles published. In 1997 Rick was invited to lead a 30-month Strategic Planning Initiative in the nation of Paraguay. This initiative began with a small team of private-sector leaders and has become a national team of instructors and leaders who are working with Champions of Change in the nation to transform the culture.

Ronald Woods

Ronald Woods is a director of The 20-20 Leadership Foundation, which specializes in Personal and Professional development, Leadership, Team Building and Motivational teaching. As a former Navy A-6 attack pilot aboard U.S.S. Nimitz, he authored and presented the Personal Excellence Seminar and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy. Additionally, Captain Woods received the Navy Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his 16 years of speaking to students in the public schools encouraging them to "Soar with the Eagles" and reach for their dreams. Captain Woods served the nation in the Navy Reserves as Commanding Officer of the Center for Naval Leadership NRS. Ronald holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Speech and Communication. He is an accomplished professional speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association.

Tim Vida is the CEO of Technifind International, a global executive search firm headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Technifind now has grown to five global offices in El Paso, San Diego, Austin, Shanghai and Prague. Technifind providing executive search and outplacement services has numerous mutli-national clients to include Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Eaton, etc. Tim attended Texas A & M University and Andress High School.

Roger North

Roger North is the Marketing Director of 20-20 Leadership. Roger was the first corporate finance consultant to have a Web site on the Internet and he marketed the first public stock offering on the Internet. As investor relations consultant, Roger helped lead Semotus Solutions (AMEX: DLK) from a 50c per share OTCBB stock to an $88 share price. Roger holds a B.A. Communications, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University.

Gbenga Asedeko

Mr. Gbenga Asedeko is the General Manager for El Paso Pulmonary Association. He is a motivational speaker and author. He has given training on leadership, employee performance and productivity, customer service, team building, and on relationships to businesses and different organizations for over 11 years in both Nigeria and U.S. Mr. Asedeko has worked with professional athletes and Olympians helping them to maintain focus and achieve balance in their lives. He is a dynamic speaker and his new book, “Making Every Turning Point a Success,” would be out soon.
